Workform worked directly with Msheireb Properties and provided a full consultancy, procurement, project management and installation service for the amenity areas in phases 3 and 4 of the project. This consisted of furniture packages for residential lobbies, workplace lobbies, mosque, and outdoor terraces.
Phase 3 of the Msheireb Downtown Doha project involved the complex planning of a ‘super block’ with a variety of uses including residential, office, retail, and a Spa. A series of arcades were built leading into the central courtyard, creating an exclusive fashion retail destination. Residential flats occupy upper levels, directly connected to the retail experience below.
