Workform were instructed by Green Street Advisors to work with project managers JAC Group, and main contractor Thirdway Interiors to develop the conceptual design for their new headquarters at 25 Maddox Street.

Green Street Advisors provide industry leading commercial real estate intelligence and analytics and wanted to create an elegant, vibrant & modern working space to reflect their brand values. We supported the design team to source and select furniture to meet their brief.

Services provided: Consultancy, FF&E procurement, logistics, delivery and installation.
