Grainger, one of the UK’s largest professional landlords, has developed a 154-home residential project located near the Thames Barrier and Thames Barrier Park in Southampton.
The Millet Place development includes a 24-hour gym, yoga studio, resident’s lounge, co-working spaces, private and public gardens, plus stunning waterside views.
We were approached by Grainger and asked to work alongside leading designers Studio Moren to create a stylish, modern interior using sustainable products. The goal was to bring high-quality homes to the area and create the best renting experience.
The Workform team worked closely with Grainger and Studio Moren to select and source furniture that encompassed the natural agricultural history and raw materials that the area has always been known for. We brought their vision to life using beautifully designed, exquisitely crafted furniture and lighting from a variety of sustainable brands.
The development was nominated for Project of the Year Finalist in the Mixology Awards.
