Grainger launches Gilders Yard BTR scheme, the first in a pipeline of BTR developments in the Midlands.
Workform, in partnership with Grainger Plc, enhances its Birmingham portfolio with the introduction of Gilders Yard, situated in central Birmingham. This marks the initial step in a series of new Build to Rent projects in the Midlands. Positioned in the city’s Jewellery Quarter, the development occupies the site once known for a prominent Birmingham jewelry maker.
Gilders Yard comprises 158 residences, offering a mix of one and two-bedroom Build to Rent rental apartments. Residents will enjoy an array of amenities, such as a co-working space, residents lounge, gym, and a delightful outdoor courtyard garden.
