Grainger, a property management company and one of the UK’s largest professional landlords, has designed a modern and innovative residential development in the heart of Southampton.
Gatehouse Apartments includes 132 apartments, a gym, co-working spaces, communal lounges, a dining area and an outdoor terrace. The unique design encourages interaction between residents, with plenty of inviting communal areas located around the building.
We were approached by Grainger and asked to work alongside leading designers at Studio Moren to create a stylish interior using sustainable products.
The Workform team worked closely with Grainger and the designers to select and source furniture that would give the space a ‘home from home’ feel. We brought their vision to life using beautifully designed, exquisitely crafted furniture and lighting from a variety of sustainable brands.
Grainger launched the Gatehouse apartments in April 2021 and the entire development was fully leased within four months, eight months ahead of plan. The development was nominated for Project of the Year Finalist in the Mixology Awards.
