Grainger, one of the UK’s largest professional landlords, has designed a 23-storey residential development at the lively transport intersection of Seven Sisters Road and Tottenham High Road in north London.

The new development features three interconnected brick-clad buildings and accommodates 160 residential units centred around a new beautiful landscaped piazza.

We were approached by Grainger and asked to work alongside leading designers John McAslan + Partners to create an inspiring interior using sustainable products. The goal was to bring much-needed high-quality homes to the area and create the best renting experience.

The Workform team worked closely with Grainger and the designers to select and source furniture that would give the space a stylish feel. We brought their vision to life using beautifully designed, exquisitely crafted furniture and lighting from a variety of sustainable brands.

Apex House marks the first phase of the Seven Sisters Regeneration Project and we hope to partner with Grainger on future phases of the development.
