Project details

In June 2014 took the employees of NEM Energy moved into the brand-new, five-storey headquarters on A4 Business Park in Zoeterwoude. The building has 350 permanent workplaces and flexible workplaces. The building has a contemporary design that is designed by Graziosi Progetti. The entire building has Wi-Fi. Downstairs in the atrium is an espresso bar and a canteen where varied dishes are offered. The new building is representative for both customers and suppliers as well as for the (potential) employees, and fits perfectly with that radiate what NEM. No more small building with separate chambers, but wide open spaces, where people from different disciplines (purchasing, sales, engineering and R & D) can work together. This collaboration can take place at the offices as the more informal equipped workstations, such as seating and standing. Despite everyone basically a fixed, private workshop has, no more use made of small, separate work rooms. The underlying idea is that colleagues will soon much better from each know what they are doing. NEM, founded in 1929, provides tailor-made worldwide Heat Recovery Steam Generators and Industrial & Utility Boilers for power plants and industry. NEM is a leader in the field of engineering of water / steam cycles. The HRSG’s global NEM are found in hundreds of power plants.
